To all our moms…WE SALUTE YOU! We hope you enjoyed this Women’s History Month and Resurrection Day.

Earlier this month, we were able to support our very own supporter and donor, Latasha Ramsey-Cyprian, at an event hosted by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Lambda Omicron Chapter at Southeastern University. Latasha spoke about credit score building and maintenance. Great job, Latasha!

We want to give a special shoutout to everyone who has registered for our Mother’s Day Brunch. Our theme “Rediscovering the Woman Within” is a movement and paradigm shift we want every woman attending to experience. God blessed us with children, but He wants us remember that we were His daughters first. We never stopped being His daughters; we just assumed the positions of always having someone turn to us and look for the answers. It’s time we get back to what always worked…casting our cares unto the only One who can turn our sorrow into joy.

PRAYER REQUEST: We would love for our prayer warriors to send up a special prayer for one of our moms, who is currently homeless along with her son in elementary school. Things haven’t worked out with family members, so we are just praying God provides a clear path for them to get out of this situation.
